Kevin Shively, EVP, Business Development, Executive Director, TV Worldwide
Kevin is currently responsible for advertising and sponsorship sales and the creation of new Internet TV channels for TV Worldwide. Previously, he sold streaming media advertising for a network of Internet radio stations to many Fortune 500 clients and ran business operations for Internet radio station Beethoven.com, where he implemented one of the first targeted ad-insertion solutions. He has twice been invited by the United States Copyright Office to represent the industry on regulatory concerns. In 2002, he helped negotiate a settlement with the Recording Industry Association of America which was enacted as the Small Webcaster Settlement Act of 2002. In January 2004, Kevin was named by Digital Media Magazine as one of the top 100 People in Digital Media.
